Amber Alert suspect arrested in San Diego; baby daughter unharmed

Reporting from San Diego — A 28-year-old man was arrested Monday night at a mobile home park in San Ysidro on suspicion of kidnapping his 6-month-old daughter after a domestic violence incident in Santa Barbara, police said.
The child, Nayeli Martinez, was unharmed, according to San Diego police.
After her father, Joshua Ivan Martinez, was named hours earlier in an statewide Amber Alert, his car was spotted heading south on Interstate 805.
Martinez surrendered after San Diego police SWAT members surrounded the mobile home he and his daughter were in.
According to jail records, Martinez was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, infliction of corporal punishment and illegally paying for an adoption. His bail was set at $150,000.
