in Huntington Beach, won the California State Free Throw Championship
earlier this month in Fresno.
In the finals, Williams made 22 of 25 free throws, then successfully
outshot another competitor, in a playoff, to win the title.
The contest was held over the last two months, with progressive
competitions leading up to the State Championship.
