SANTA BARBARA — Senior Joe Eberhard scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds to help lead the Sea Kings in a first-round game at the Santa Barbara Holiday Classic Wednesday.

Senior Stefan Kaluz produced 15 points and 11 rebounds, while senior Adam Brakeville added nine points for the Sea Kings (8-4).

Corona del Mar will play today at 4 p.m. against Pacific Palisades.

MARIN — Kyle Caldwell scored 23 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Sailors in their first-round victory at the Dan Bambauer Tournament at Marin Catholic High Wednesday.

Senior Max Volz scored 16 points, while sophomore Cecil Whiteside contributed 11 points and eight rebounds for Newport Harbor (8-4).

The Sailors will play in the quarterfinals today.
