Via Emilia: An audible burglar alarm was reported in the 100 block at 12:41 a.m. today.

21st Street: A hit and run on a parked car was reported near West Balboa Boulevard at 1:49 a.m. today.

16th Street: A party disturbance was reported in the 1600 block at 3:08 a.m. today.

Jamboree Road: Reckless driving was reported near San Joaquin Hills Road at 8:51 a.m. today.

Costa Mesa

Santa Ana Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 2100 block at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday.

Monrovia Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 1600 block in the 9:17 p.m. Tuesday.
