COSTA MESA — Bradley Reitler had 14 kills to help lead the Eagles to a 22-25, 18-25, 26-24, 25-19, 15-9 victory Tuesday at Costa Mesa.
Kohl Jones had nine kills and six digs, while Tyler Sullivan added 36 assists, three kills and three digs for Estancia (4-4, 2-1 in league).
Jeff Dye had 19 kills and Jose Faboreno 40 assists to lead Mesa.

ANAHEIM — Tucker Peleuses had 13 kills and three digs to help lead the Sailors to a 25-11, 25-11, 25-13 Sunset League-opening win Tuesday.
Newport Harbor (13-3, 1-0 in league), ranked No. 1 in CIF Southern Section Division I, also got contributions from Mark Liebermann (eight kills), Kyle Caldwell (26 assists, eight aces, seven kills, three blocks), JB Green (three kills, five digs) and Andrew Kaban (five digs).

IRVINE — Gus Ellis had nine kills and three blocks to help lead the Sea Kings to a 25-16, 25-22, 25-22 Pacific Coast League win Tuesday.
Dylan Davis added seven kills, Jeff Carlson had eight kills and Connor Bannan 28 assists for CdM (15-5, 3-0 in league), ranked No. 3 in CIF Division II.

COSTA MESA — Andrew Millian scored the game-winning run on a throwing error, helping Mesa win the battle of Orange Coast League unbeaten teams Tuesday.
Millian, the starting pitcher, also hit a two-run home run in the first inning for the Mustangs (8-6, 3-0 in league). But Mesa trailed, 6-2, before rallying. Senior Luke Boulger had a two-run single in the bottom of the sixth to tie the game.
Brian Waldron, Nick Pederson and Gabe Sanchez all had two hits for the Mustangs. Tyler Peterson pitched a scoreless inning in relief to improve to 4-2.

CdM pitcher Matt Morris gave up four hits, struck out two, walked none and did not allow an earned run. Danny Moskovits was three for four with an RBI for the Sea Kings (6-7, 3-2 in league).
