Boys’ basketball: Grant, North Hollywood take 13-game win streaks into showdown

The North Hollywood High gym should be rocking on Wednesday at 5 p.m. when the Huskies host Grant in a basketball game that will decide first place in the East Valley League.

Both schools are unbeaten in league and have 13-game win streaks overall.

North Hollywood has been led by Sean Fernandez, a high-scoring senior guard.

Grant has been led by the versatile Chad Holloway, another high-scoring senior.

It could come down to which teammate can step up and deliver if the focus is on stopping Fernandez and Holloway.
