Receiver Brandon Oroxon, the Northern League offensive player of the year last season, remains sidelined for Lincoln because of a hamstring injury suffered during the track season.
His absence hurt the Tigers last week in a 17-14 loss to Jefferson.
He’s not expected to be available on Friday in a nonleague game against Huntington Park.
Coach Albert Carrillo wants to make sure the injury is completely healed prevent a reoccurrence.
