Football: Newbury Park heads off on its long bus ride to Paso Robles

Newbury Park was scheduled to leave on its three-hour bus trip to Paso Robles at noon on Friday on its way to Flamson Middle School for the Northern Division championship football game against Paso Robles.

The Panthers were going to watch a Paso Robles post-game show from previous in the week on the bus trip (let’s hope there was no bulletin board material, though why would they play it on the Newbury Park bus if there wasn’t?).

Newbury Park is 11-2; Paso Robles is 12-1. If you can’t make the trip, the game will be broadcast on the web by Fox Sports West’s Prep Zone.
