Football: South Gate opens with 35-0 victory

South Gate deserves the role as favorite in City Section Division II, and the Rams opened on Thursday night with a 35-0 win over Westchester.
Lavell Thompson rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns. Dalequan Lee had eight receptions for 118 yards.
Leading the defense was Jonathan Estrada, who had 10 tackles. Wendell Findley returned an interception for a touchdown.
