Miami high school hires first female football coach in state history

Lakatriona Brunson has been hired by Miami Jackson High School as head football coach, becoming the first female head football coach in Florida history, the Miami Herald reported.
Brunson goes by Bernice.
She used to play for an independent women’s football team.
