Reporting from Las Vegas — The intimate Pearl at the Palms hosts singer-songwriter Jackson Browne when his U.S. summer tour lands in Las Vegas this summer.
Browne, on tour to support his 2014 release Standing in the Breach, arrives Aug. 21.
His 14th studio album features a collection of 10 songs that Browne describes on his website as “deeply personal and political, exploring love, hope and defiance in the face of the advancing uncertainties of modern life.”
Browne’s classic hits from the ’70s include “Running on Empty,” “Doctor My Eyes,” “The Pretender” and “Somebody’s Baby.”
Currently his world tour has him in Japan and Europe before he kicks off the U.S. leg in July in Washington.
Note: No seat at this 2,500-person venue is more than 120 feet from the stage.
Tickets start at $63 and go on sale Friday, Feb. 20, at noon.
Tickets: Pearl, (702) 944-3200
