CicLAvia arrives in Southeast Los Angeles

(Jay L. Clendenin / Los Angeles Times)In a first for Southeast Los Angeles, the popular bicycle festival known as CicLAvia closes streets to cars and opens them for cyclists, walkers and skaters from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
