ERLY Industries is giving credit to Hansen Foods.

Los Angeles-based ERLY said it is providing Hansen with a $23-million credit line, which will enable the City of Industry juice company to pay its bank debt and other creditors. ERLY said it will get 50% of Hansen’s pretax income as part of the deal. ERLY, which makes and markets Comet Rice and Sierra Wine, will also distribute Hansen juices and soft drinks.
