Falley’s Inc., the Topeka, Kan., company that operates Food 4 Less warehouse stores and licenses the name to operators in 16 states, is being sold to FFL Holdings, a Yucaipa-based operation formed by the principals of Yucaipa Capital and the Vista Group.
