United Press International promoted two men to senior vice-presidents: General Manager Guillermo Chao-Ebergenyi, who becomes senior vice president-finance and administration, and telecommunications director Joseph Domek, who becomes senior vice president-communications.
The two will be part of a newly created executive committee, which also includes Chairman and President Mario Vazquez-Rana; Ben Cason, UPI’s editor and senior vice president-news, and Charles Hollingsworth, senior vice president-marketing and sales.
The committee that will act for the company in an overall planning and management role, UPI said.
