LIMA, Peru — Maoist guerrillas set off dynamite at the Lima Hipodromo, one of Latin America’s biggest race tracks, killing one thoroughbred horse and injuring four others, Eduardo Villaran, president of the Peruvian Jockey Club, said Monday.
