Florida Governor Named Co-Chairman for Bush

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Gov. Bob Martinez has been named national co-chairman of Vice President George Bush’s 1988 campaign for President, it was announced Wednesday. A spokesman for the campaign said Martinez will travel and speak on behalf of the vice president and will help formulate policy and strategy.
