Ray Mancini, former World Boxing Assn. lightweight champion, said he would end his two-year retirement only to fight Hector Camacho, the World Boxing Council’s lightweight champion.
But Mancini told the Cleveland Plain Dealer that he was only in the talking stage with Camacho. Contract negotiations have not begun, and Mancini said he has doubts that they ever will.
