A Santa Monica man was freed on $5,000 bail Monday after allegedly shooting at two district attorney investigators who were serving a search warrant in connection with an alleged bomb threat.
Bruce Breitstein, 36, was arrested at his home Friday after the incident involving the two investigators, who were not hurt, Santa Monica police said.
