Tried the Restaurant

On the recommendation of Helen Hagstrom of Rancho Palos Verdes, my friend and I drove from Long Beach to the Elderberry House in Oakhurst to celebrate our first year together. Helen was so right--the restaurant was one of the most charming we have ever had the pleasure of dining in. Our five-course dinner was served to us before a crackling fireplace with the most outstanding service. The dinner selection was divine. Anyone wanting to share a special experience with someone should take the time to explore this very romantic restaurant. We shall certainly return again and again.
