A blood test indicated that a Chicago drawbridge tender was legally drunk when his span crushed a taxi, killing the driver, and prosecutors say they will review the case. The blood-alcohol test, taken four hours after the April 14 accident, showed that bridge tender Edward Przislicki had a reading of 0.152, said a lawyer for two taxi passengers who filed a lawsuit. A person with a blood-alcohol level of 0.10 is considered legally drunk in Illinois.
