New York-based Merrill Lynch & Co. named Eugene H. Rotberg executive vice president, effective in mid-June. , when Rotberg leaves the World Bank. Rotberg will be responsible for sales and supporting trading operations worldwide and the enhancement of the firm’s systems to monitor, manage and control risk-taking positions.
