BEIRUT — A roadside bomb exploded in southern Lebanon on Wednesday, wounding four Israeli soldiers on the border of Israel’s so-called security zone, the Israeli military said.
A spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces in Tel Aviv gave few details of the attack, saying only that four soldiers were injured, none critically, when a bomb exploded as their patrol was passing.
Also Wednesday, Israeli warplanes staged mock raids over two Palestinian refugee camps near the Lebanese port of Sidon, causing refugees to flee their homes, police said.
