San Diego High School Baseball : AVOCADO LEAGUE

Carlsbad 11, San Marcos 9--Carlsbad (13-11) rallied from a 6-0 deficit to beat San Marcos (14-12) in a playoff game to decide which would be considered the league’s No. 3 team for playoff seedings. Carlsbad, San Marcos and San Pasqual all tied with records of 8-4. San Pasqual was awarded second place on the basis of head-to-head competition with the other two teams. With the win, Carlsbad qualified for the playoffs.
