Those wascally Beastie Boys say they are preparing to sue the city of Jacksonville, Fla., for requiring “adult subject matter” warning labels on tickets for a Sunday concert there. No other stop on the Beasties’ tour has required them to do this. “It’s just a warning, like on a pack of cigarettes,” City Council President Clarence Suggs said Wednesday night. Parents complained after the group’s February concert featured props of a 21-foot phallus and bare buttocks. Local promoters say ticket sales in Jacksonville have been slack, but denied that the threatened suit was a publicity ploy.
