Stock Offering Brings $24 Million to Archive

Archive Corp., a Costa Mesa maker of computer data storage devices, said it sold 2 million shares of its common stock at $12 per share.
Proceeds from the sale, the company’s second public stock offering, will be used to repay bank debts and to fund future corporate growth.
