Bob Shepard has been promoted to executive vice president, administration and information systems, for Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. in Irvine. He was also appointed to the board of directors. Shepard, who has been with the company since 1977, was previously senior vice president. In addition, Don Koprowski, general counsel and corporate secretary, has been named a vice president.
