Consider Rights of the Homeless

The problem of homelessness in Santa Monica will be solved only when the rights of all concerned are considered, not when one or the other group “wins,” as Christine Reed seems to think. Her compassion for homeowners exists only when their rights are threatened by the homeless. When the opposition was developers, it was quite another story.
