Faucet Fixation Wins Damages

HONG KONG — Hong Kong watchman Lee Wun has had an uncontrollable urge to turn on faucets since he was hit by a truck and suffered brain damage.
Hong Kong’s High Court awarded the 69-year-old Lee $116,666 in damages against the driver, saying part of the award was to cover increased water bills due to his obsession.
