UNHAPPY ENDINGS

I’m offended by Michael Harris’ review of “Her Pilgrim Soul,” by Alan Brennert (Dec. 23), not because of his opinion of Brennert’s short-story collection--he didn’t offer one--but because he revealed the endings of virtually every story in the book.

Jackasses like Harris should be forced to come in on the last scene of every play, watch the last 10 minutes of all movies and read the final page of every novel before the first.
