NORTHEASTERN SAUDI ARABIA — Lance Cpl. Harlow Fisher, like many U.S. Marines, makes sure that he finds time to say his prayers.
But unlike most of his comrades, Fisher says his prayers five times a day while on his knees bowing toward the holy city of Mecca.
Fisher converted from Christianity to Islam a year ago, and the war has put him in a dilemma because he does not want to fight a fellow Muslim.
