Condos by the Sea

Twenty-two luxury condominiums with two or three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths go on sale this weekend at El Tovar by the Sea, by Lewi-Cetta Partnership.

The condos range from 2,100 to 3,250 square feet, with prices ranging from $695,000 to $2.65 million. Concierge services and maintenance of a pool and spa are included in the $640 monthly homeowners fee.

Models are seen by appointment from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 603 Ocean Ave., reached from the northbound 4th Street exit of the Santa Monica Freeway.

Studio City Homes

Six two-bedroom townhomes are available at Whitsett Park, a new complex in Studio City.

Each home has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and 1,070 to 1,300 square feet of space. Prices range from $219,500 to $239,500. The monthly homeowners fee is $133.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at 4310 Whitsett Ave., just south of Moorpark Ave.

Yorba Linda Duplexes

The first 12 duplex units in Woodcrest Development’s La Terraza project in Yorba Linda go on sale today.

The complex will eventually have 136 units. The homes have three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths, with 1,958 to 2,621 square feet.

Prices range from $252,990 to $309,990. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and can be reached from the northbound Gypsum Canyon exit of the Riverside Freeway.

Single-Family Homes

There are 13 single-family homes available at Meadowood, a new development by Forecast Homes in Menifee.

The homes have three or four bedrooms, two or three baths and 1,188 to 1,868 square feet of space. Prices range from $119,990 to $142,990.

The models are open 10 am. to 5 p.m. daily at 29720 Jura Court, reached from the eastbound Railroad Canyon Road exit of Interstate 15.
