EARTH ANGELS: It’ll just be three or four people with radios at a desk in a Disneyland Hotel parking lot, but to the Federal Aviation Administration, that’s an air-traffic control “tower.”. . . . The FAA will set up the temporary tower Saturday, “Helicopter Awareness Day,” and for part of the weeklong annual convention of Helicopter Assn. International. . . . The FAA will also establish a special air-safety zone. About 100 choppers are expected to land in the parking lot.
