J. Chris Walsh has been appointed vice president and regional manager of Bank of California’s Mission Viejo office. He was formerly senior vice president at Westmark Finance Corp. in Santa Ana. Before that, Walsh spent 10 years with Security Pacific National Bank. In addition, Arthur L. Miller has been named vice president for private banking at the Mission Viejo office. He has been with the bank since 1977.
