The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said it is investigating complaints that some 4.4 million Chrysler vehicles, including many of its minivans, slip into gear when idling in park . . . Swedish vehicle and plane manufacturer Saab-Scania said it had received a $180-million order from American Airlines subsidiary AMR Eagle for 20 Saab 340B commuter aircraft . . . Chicago-based Inland Steel cut its quarterly common stock dividend to 15 cents from 35 cents a share, payable March 1 to shareholders of record Feb. 7.
