BELL — The American Assn. of Retired Persons and the Bell Department of Community Services will be providing tax assistance at the Bell Community Center. The service will be offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays beginning Feb. 6 through April 10. For more information, call 773-1596.
