Moody’s to Review Chrysler Debt Rating: Moody’s Investors Service said it will review Chrysler Corp.’s senior debt rating and the credit and commercial paper ratings of subsidiary Chrysler Financial Corp. for possible downgrades. Moody’s said it “will incorporate into its review the intensifying competitive pressures on Chrysler’s already weak automotive position.”
