The New York City Council has vowed to throw “THE MOTHER OF ALL PARADES” for U.S. troops returning from the Persian Gulf War. Staten Island Borough President Guy Molinari is already hard at work soliciting funds from business executives and corporations to finance a ticker-tape gala. He has even contacted the Saudi Arabian and Kuwaiti embassies to see if they would help help host the bash. Officials estimate a parade could cost about $1 million.
