POETS’ CORNER

I enjoyed seeing Craig Cotter’s “at the bar” in the Feb. 10 Book Review. His poem is offered in homage to William Carlos Williams, whose own “At the Bar” follows:
Hi, open up a dozen.
Wha’cha tryin’ to do
charge ya batteries?
Make it two.
Easy Girl!
You’ll blow a fuse if
ya keep that up.
