He Who Laughs Last, Etc.: Century Cable is now carrying CTV, the new channel created by a merger of HBO’s The Comedy Channel and MTV’s Ha! CTV premiered nationally on Monday, but “because of a misunderstanding with CTV,” in the words of a CTV spokesman, Century declined to pick it up for the first 2 1/2 days, prompting numerous complaints from subscribers.
