Gift Marketer Raises $813,500 in Stock Sale

With Design In Mind International Inc., a Chatsworth marketer of novelty gifts, said it raised $813,500 through the private sale of 750,000 common shares.
The company sold the shares in March for $1.25 each, according to its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The buyer or buyers were not identified.
