An autopsy is scheduled today on the body of a man that was dug out of a shallow grave near the Holiday Ranch Recreational Vehicle Park on Tuesday at Flinn Springs. A Sheriff’s Department spokesman said the unidentified man was buried along the 15100 block of Old Highway 80.
According to a Sheriff’s Department report, a resident of the area led deputies to a fresh grave site early Tuesday. Investigators dug for about 45 minutes before uncovering the body.
Officials do not know how long the body was buried or the cause of death, Sheriff’s Detective Steve Wood said.
