Marina del Rey Thrift Seized: Regulators took over the troubled Executive Bank, which has $62.5 million in assets and $62.8 million in deposits. The federal Resolution Trust Corp. will run the thrift. It plans to maintain normal business hours. Deposits are federally insured up to $100,000.
