A Big Salute: Patriotic images 150 feet tall will be projected on buildings around Hollywood Thursday through Saturday nights as a prelude to Hollywood’s Welcome Home Desert Storm Parade, which will take place Sunday afternoon. Oversized images of an American flag, a homecoming reunion and a symbolic yellow ribbon with parade information will be flashed onto the buildings by special static and mobile projection techniques from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
