PORT HUENEME : Wright, Maritime Day to Be Honored

The Oxnard Harbor District and Port Hueneme Chamber of Commerce plan to hold a barbecue today in honor of Port Hueneme City Councilman Dorill B. Wright and in recognition of National Maritime Day and World Trade Week.
The event, running from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., is also being sponsored by the California Central Coast World Trade Assn., an organization from which Wright will step down as president Thursday. The reception and lunch will be held outside the harbor district office at 105 N. Hueneme Road. Tickets cost $15 at the door.
