Matters of ‘Life and Death’: In the wake of the assassination Tuesday of former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, KCET is expediting the showing of a documentary on India’s long-time ruling family, the Nehru-Gandhis. “Life and Death of a Dynasty” will air Sunday at 10 p.m. on Channel 28, and not June 6 as originally scheduled. New footage leading up to the assassination will be added to the program.
