Outraged by School Cuts

I am outraged that the school system is cutting back on so many things needed by the children, especially music, especially for the children who need encouragement, who are on drugs or have problems.
These cuts are really detrimental to children in California. I come from New York, which has a better system than California because there is parent participation.
