Outta Here, In-na There: Dennis Miller, the smirking “Weekend Update” anchorman on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” who said “I’m outta here” after the show’s season-ending broadcast last weekend, will host a new syndicated late-night talk and variety series. The as-yet untitled nightly show, announced Thursday, is scheduled to be launched next January.
