RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp. said fourth-quarter earnings rose to $62 million, or 2 cents a share. A year earlier, the company posted a loss of $461 million, or 35 cents a share. Revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 fell to $4.04 billion from $4.05 billion.
The tobacco and food company said profit recovered in its tobacco division and that its food business results continued to improve.
