The Fullerton Senior Multi-Service Center is seeking participants for a support group for sufferers of Parkinson’s disease.
City officials said the goal of the group is to provide people struck with the disease, a degenerative muscular disorder often associated with aging, a forum where they can get information. In addition, guest speakers will talk about new treatments and provide emotional support.
Parkinson’s disease patients and their families are invited to join the group, which plans to meet at the center, at 340 W. Commonwealth Ave.
